- Refunds are not available for completed consulting sessions.
- If a session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund or rescheduling is offered.
- Missed or late cancellations are non-refundable.
✅ Custom Software Development & Product Development:
- Non-refundable once work has commenced, as development involves time, effort, and resources.
- If the project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund (minus administrative costs) may be issued.
- If Quantum Suite fails to meet agreed-upon milestones due to our fault, a partial refund or service adjustment may be provided.
✅ Subscription-Based Services (If Applicable in the Future):
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime but are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if canceled within the first 14 days.
